If the wrong item was shipped or an item was damaged in transit.
The Friends of Squaw Mountain will be responsible for paying the postage to return the wrong or damaged item(s) to us and we will ship the replacement item to you once we receive the return shipment. Please understand that we will verify that the item(s) returned was damaged or incorrect against the original order confirmation.
If this is the case, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and include any details that you have about the original order, including an order number if possible. Please print a copy of the order to include with item and indicate on that print which items are being returned and why.
Wrong Size or Style
If the wrong size was ordered or you would like to exchange an item for another style, The Friends of Squaw Mountain will allow for exchanges up to 1 month from the ship date if the following conditions are met:
- The product being returned must be in resale condition. (We reserve the right to decline an exchange if we deem the product as unsellable)
- We are contacted by email at email@example.com and have acknowledged that we are expecting the exchange and we have the requested item in stock and available. (Some items are limited edition, and some articles of clothing are one of a kind. If we don’t have it we can’t exchange it.)
The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping returned merchandise to us and we will ship the items when we receive the return shipment. In this situation the buyer is also responsible for the cost of us shipping exchanged merchandise back as well. When you contact us at the email above, we will include the process for this transaction.
Items can be returned or exchanged at the Lower Lodge in person, during normal operating hours, without having to pay the cost of shipping.
In the event that you cannot find another suitable item to exchange, we can offer you a gift certificate redeemable at another time.
